  “I took a proposal for Steve to tint the windows at one of our stores in early November. Now it is March and he still has not completed the work. We spoke two weeks ago and he promised to bring a check to our store by end of business. Now i have had two weeks go by without a phone call. Additionally, he will not answer or return my calls.”
